What services does your catering company offer?
We provide a wide range of catering services, including event catering, corporate catering, and private party catering. We offer grazing tables, buffet packages and grazing boxes. We also offer breakfast platters and Afternoon Teas for events.
Can I customise my menu for an event?
Absolutely! We offer a range of customizable menu options to suit your preferences and dietary needs, please just ask if you would like to change any menu so you have your own dream set up.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any specific requirements when placing your order. Please note that all allergens are in our kitchen so there is a small chance of cross contamination.
Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?
Absolutely! We have a variety of vegetarian and vegan menu options to cater to different dietary preferences.

Payments

How are your prices determined?
Our pricing is based on the type of event, menu selections, and the number of guests. You can find detailed pricing information in our price list.
What is included in the catering price?
Our catering prices include food, setup, and necessary serving equipment. Delivery is an additional extra depending on location. Additional services may be available upon request.
Is delivery included in the catering cost?
No, delivery is typically charged per postcode. FY6, FY5, FY3 is £5.00 per order. FY1, FY2, FY4, FY7, FY8 is £10.00 per order. This charge is also applicable if collection of props is required. PR postcodes please enquire.
How can I pay for my catering order?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (only available in person) bank transfers, cash or paypal. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the size and type of event. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us for specific details.

Ordering

How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order by visiting our website and clicking the "get in touch" box, or by DM on Facebook or Instagram. You can also contact us by phone. Please leave a message with the date and any other information you have about your event and we will get back to you ASAP.
What is the typical lead time for placing an order?
We recommend placing orders at least 72 hours in advance to ensure we can meet your specific requirements. Our diary fills up quickly so the sooner the better to ensure your date is available.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We do not have a minimum order requirement for collection. However if you require our set up services for your event, our minimum order requirement is £300, this is designed to ensure the quality and excellence of our catering service. Please check our pricelist for further details.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Yes your order can be changed up until 7 days in advance to your booking. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may be subject to availability and additional charges dependent on the request.
Do you offer tastings before placing an order?
We do not offer free tastings, however you can order a platter before your event. If you choose to go ahead with an event you will receive 50% of your platter back towards your event.
Can you accommodate last-minute orders?
While we prefer advanced notice, we understand that sometimes events come up unexpectedly. Contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your last-minute order.

Events

Can you provide staff for my event?
Yes, we can provide professional staff for events. Staffing services can be arranged as part of your catering package. Each staff member will be charged at £30ph.
Can I schedule a consultation to discuss my event?
Yes, we offer consultations to discuss your specific event needs and preferences. Contact us to schedule a convenient time.
Do you provide rental items, such as tables and chairs?
We have a few pop up tables that we can rent if required however it is preferable that you provide a table for your event. Chairs can not be rented.
How do I provide feedback on the catering service?
We welcome feedback! You can provide feedback through our website, by email, Facebook or Instagram.
